Welcome to Serva, an online booking platform.
These Terms govern your use of Serva. By using Serva, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Serva Is
Serva provides online booking technology that connects court owners ("Owners") with players ("Players").
Serva does not own, operate, or manage the courts listed on the Platform unless specifically stated otherwise.
The actual booking and use of a court are between the Player and the Owner.
2. Court Information
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their court information, including availability, prices, operating hours, location, amenities, and booking policies.
Serva does not guarantee that information provided by Owners will always be accurate or available.
3. Bookings
Players are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking.
A booking is confirmed according to the booking and payment process set by the Owner.
Players should keep their booking confirmation for their records.
4. Payments
Each Owner chooses the payment methods available for their court.
These may include GCash, Maya, GoTyme, bank transfer, card payment links, or other available methods.
Unless Serva specifically states otherwise, payment for a court booking is made directly to the Owner.
Serva does not control payment disputes between Players and Owners.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Each Owner sets their own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy.
The applicable policy will be shown on the Owner's booking page before the Player completes the booking.
Players should contact the Owner directly regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.
6. Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for:
Keeping their court information accurate;
Maintaining accurate availability;
Honoring confirmed bookings;
Providing the court and services advertised;
Clearly displaying their booking, cancellation, and refund policies; and
Responding to Player concerns about their bookings.
7. Player Responsibilities
Players agree to:
Provide accurate information;
Make genuine bookings;
Follow the rules of the court or venue;
Follow the Owner's booking and cancellation policies; and
Use Serva only for lawful purposes.
8. Sports Activities
Players are responsible for following the safety rules and instructions of the relevant venue.
Serva is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, damage, or other incidents occurring at a court or venue.
9. Account Use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activities carried out through your account.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Serva to:
Make fraudulent or misleading bookings;
Provide false information;
Access another person's account without permission;
Interfere with the operation of Serva;
Abuse or harass other users; or
Use Serva for unlawful activities.
11. Account Inactivity and Deletion
If an Owner's Serva subscription has been inactive or unpaid for one (1) year and one (1) day, Serva may permanently deactivate and delete the Owner's account and associated account data.
Where appropriate, Serva may provide notice before deletion.
Certain information may be retained when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, accounting requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect Serva's legal rights.
12. Serva Availability
We aim to keep Serva available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Serva may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Intellectual Property
The SERVA name, website content, text, graphics, and other materials used on the Platform are owned by or used by Aldea Information Technology Solutions, or are used with permission from their respective owners.
The SERVA name is currently subject to a trademark application in the Philippines.
Owners retain ownership of content they upload to their booking pages.
By uploading content to Serva, Owners give Serva permission to display and use that content as necessary to provide the Platform's services.
14. Changes to Serva and These Terms
We may update Serva or these Terms from time to time.
When appropriate, we may provide notice of important changes.
Continued use of Serva after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
